- Description
- A text outline format used by industrial sewing machines. Each line holds nine integers: a flag (0 = line, 1 = arc, -1 = end record), a start point, an end point and, for arcs, a centre point and a rotation direction, with coordinates in hundredths of a millimetre and every record terminated by LF CR.
- The XXX file format is associated with Compucon Singer, a brand well known in the embroidery and sewing industry. It is specifically used to store embroidery design data that can be read and utilized by Singer embroidery machines. These files contain instructions for the embroidery machine, including stitch patterns, colors, and design layout information, allowing it to accurately reproduce the intended design on fabric. The XXX format is one of several file types used in the embroidery field for the digital transfer of patterns and designs between software and sewing machine.
