What is the difference between .txw and .gsrt?
- 12-bit audio wave file created by the Yamaha TX16W sampler; proprietary format created by Yamaha, similar to a .WAV file; supports 16, 33, and 50 kHz samples; samples used for the attack and loop sections must each be smaller than 128K.
- Grandstream ring-tone files. Whilst this file format can contain A-Law, μ-law, GSM, G.722, G.723, G.726, G.728, or iLBC encoded audio, SoX supports reading and writing only A-Law and μ-law.
