- Description
- The TOD file type is associated with video footage captured using JVC Everio camcorders. These files contain high-definition video data recorded by the camcorder. TOD files are typically stored in a proprietary format that is based on the MPEG-2 transport stream and are meant to be directly playable on a personal computer or capable devices. However, due to their unique format, users might need specific software or converters to view or edit TOD files on their devices.
- PCX, standing for Paintbrush Bitmap Image, is a raster image format developed by ZSoft Corporation for their PC Paintbrush graphics program. Initially released in the 1980s, PCX was one of the first widely used bitmap image formats on IBM PC compatible computers. The format supports 1-bit monochrome, 4-bit palette, 8-bit palette, and 24-bit true color images, allowing for a wide range of colors and shades.
