  1. Download and install the latest version of Filestar.

  2. Right click on one or more Sfd file(s) on your desktop and select Convert with Filestar.

  3. Type convert to pam in the search box.

Description
SFD (Spline Font Database) is the native, text-based source format of the FontForge font editor. It stores a font's glyph outlines, metrics, kerning, OpenType tables and editing state, so a font can be reopened and edited losslessly and then exported to TrueType, OpenType, WOFF or Type 1.
The PAM image format is a lowest common denominator 2 dimensional map format. It is designed to be used for any of myriad kinds of graphics, but can theoretically be used for any kind of data that is arranged as a two dimensional rectangular array.
