Description
QCP (PureVoice Audio File) is a file format used for storing audio data in a compressed format. It was originally developed by Qualcomm for use in their CDMA phones and is optimized for low-bandwidth transmission. It is used primarily for voice recordings, such as voicemails and other audio messages.
