Picture Tubes are essentially collections of images or graphics that users can apply with a brush tool to add multiple instances of those images to a project, creating decorative effects, patterns, or scenery. They are often used for adding embellishments, themed graphics, or repeated elements to digital art, scrapbooking, and web design projects. The flexibility and ease of incorporating artistic elements through Picture Tubes make them a favorite among digital artists and hobbyists for enhancing their creations.
