- Description
- PSP file format is associated with PaintShop Pro, an image editing software developed by Corel. It is a proprietary format used for storing raster graphics created and manipulated within PaintShop Pro. PSP files support layers, channels, and various other advanced graphics elements, allowing for detailed and complex image editing. This format is primarily used for saving intermediate edits, enabling users to continue working on their projects with all elements intact.
- The CPC file type is associated with the Amstrad CPC (Color Personal Computer) series, which were popular 8-bit home computers in the 1980s. Specifically, a CPC file contains screen data, representing the graphical display or image output as seen on an Amstrad CPC machine. This file format is used to store and reproduce graphical content, such as game graphics, user interface elements, or any other visual data, suitable for the Amstrad CPC's display capabilities. Enthusiasts and developers working with Amstrad CPC emulators or creating retro content may encounter or utilize CPC files to manipulate or display graphics within the Amstrad CPC ecosystem.
