  1. Download and install the latest version of Filestar.

  2. Right click on one or more Pam file(s) on your desktop and select Convert with Filestar.

  3. Type convert to ipl in the search box.

  4. Press Convert.

Description
The PAM image format is a lowest common denominator 2 dimensional map format. It is designed to be used for any of myriad kinds of graphics, but can theoretically be used for any kind of data that is arranged as a two dimensional rectangular array.
IPL is popularly used to store 3D applications or computer games graphic texture images. It is also used as a Pantone Spot reference palette in CorelDRAW to apply colours to editable elements.
