Download and install the latest version of Filestar.

Type convert to ras in the search box.
Press Convert.

An ODP file is a presentation created by Impress, a presentation editing application included with Apache OpenOffice. It contains a presentation, which generally includes a title slide followed by content slides with text, images, multimedia content, and transition effects.
