- Description
- The NCT file format is associated with CoverDesigner, a software application used for creating covers for various types of media such as CDs, DVDs, and Blu-ray discs. These NCT files serve as templates containing images, text, and layout configurations, allowing users to quickly design and customize covers by modifying the template rather than starting from scratch. They are particularly useful for ensuring consistency across multiple cover designs or for users looking to apply a professional-looking template to their projects. The NCT file enables efficient and streamlined cover creation, making it a valuable resource for both amateur and professional designers.
- Based on HEVC (High-Efficiency Video Coding), the HEIF format is an image file container with one or multiple images and is the default image format for Apple Live Photos. It replaced the JPEG format as it's smaller in size and has lossless compression ensuring high-quality photos.
