- MPL2 is a plain-text subtitle format from the MPlayer project. Each line holds a caption as [start][end]text, with times in tenths of a second and | between lines of text.
- LRC (LyRiCs) is a file type associated with music lyrics. It contains synchronization data that can be used to display the text in time with the playing audio. It is commonly used in karaoke machines and media players.
