- Description
- The IPT file format is associated with InterPaint (Multicolor), a vintage graphics editing program used on early personal computers. It was specifically designed for creating and editing pixel art and digital images with a focus on multicolor patterns, prevalent in the 1980s and early 1990s computing era. IPT files contain the image data crafted in the InterPaint software, encapsulating the color palette and pixel information unique to the program's capabilities. This format is primarily of interest to digital art historians, retro computing enthusiasts, and those engaged in the preservation of vintage digital artwork.
- Ani files are Windows Animated Cursor files that are used for displaying custom animated mouse cursors in the Windows operating system. They are similar to animated GIFs and can be created with various image editing programs.
