- Description
- IDML (InDesign Markup Language) is an XML-based file format created by Adobe for Adobe InDesign documents. It allows InDesign files to be exported and imported in a readable, package-based XML structure, enabling interchange of layout content between different versions of InDesign and third-party tools. It is often used for programmatic generation or editing of InDesign documents outside the native InDesign application.
- An HTML file is a webpage coded in HTML that can be displayed in a web browser. It is used to format text, tables, images, and other content that is displayed on a webpage. HTML files are widely used on the web as most pages within static websites have an ".html" extension.
