Universal RAW image format for saving digital photos in an uncompressed format; developed by Adobe Systems as a RAW image archival format and is supported by many image viewing and photo editing programs.
A WMZ file is a Windows Metafile (.WMF) compressed with GZIP. Microsoft Office and Visio save vector graphics this way to reduce their size. Windows Media Player skins also use the .wmz extension, but those are ZIP archives and are a different format.
