Can my AI agent convert DICOM Image (JPEG 2000) to SIXEL?
Yes. Install the Filestar CLI with npm install -g filestar and your agent can run filestarcli -i photo.dcm -c "convert to sixel" on your computer, so your files stay on it.
A DICOM image whose pixel data is compressed with JPEG 2000, used for CT, MRI, X-ray and other medical scans; many viewers that read plain DICOM cannot decode it.
Created by Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC), SIXEL is a bitmap image format in an escaped sequence (seen as six pixels high and one pixel wide). You have to convert it into a more accessible format if you don’t have a DEC terminal to view it.
