“Convert the CUE files in my Downloads folder to ISO”
Or run it yourself:
filestarcli -i photo.cue -c "convert to iso"

Description
A CUE sheet is the plain-text track list that goes with a raw CD image (usually a .bin): a FILE line, then one TRACK line per track with its mode (AUDIO, MODE1/2352, MODE2/2352, ...) and the INDEX positions where each track starts, which a converter or burner needs to rebuild the disc.
A disc image file format that contains exact duplicate data from an original CD/DVD and is based on the ISO-9660 Standard. It stores images, directory structures, file attributes, boot code, and any other filesystem information.
