- Description
- Kiss Cel is a file type used in the animation industry. It is a 2D animation format created by Toon Boom Animation and is used for creating and storing animation frames for cartoon-style animation. Kiss Cel files store the image or drawing data used to create the animation.
- Based on HEVC (High-Efficiency Video Coding), the HEIF format is an image file container with one or multiple images and is the default image format for Apple Live Photos. It replaced the JPEG format as it's smaller in size and has lossless compression ensuring high-quality photos.
