- Description
- The AW file type, standing for Answer Wizard File, is associated primarily with Microsoft Office applications, particularly with Microsoft Word and its integrated help system. AW files are designed to store indexes and data used by the Answer Wizard feature, enabling users to search for and receive help or answers to questions about using Microsoft Office programs. The Answer Wizard offers a more intuitive way for users to find assistance by allowing them to type questions in natural language, after which it searches through its database of AW files to provide relevant help.
- A PPM file is a 24-bit color image formatted using a text format. It stores each pixel with a number from 0 to 65536, which specifies the color of the pixel. PPM files also store the image height and width, whitespace data, and the maximum color value.
