Description
A still image stored in a HEIF container with the pixels coded as AVC (H.264) instead of HEVC, under the 'avci' brand of the AVC Image File Format (ISO/IEC 23008-12). The container is the same one as .heic; only the codec inside differs.
Photo CD is a system designed by Kodak for digitizing and saving photos onto a CD. Launched in 1991 the discs were designed to hold nearly 100 high quality images, scanned prints and slides using special proprietary encoding.
