Description
Ani files are Windows Animated Cursor files that are used for displaying custom animated mouse cursors in the Windows operating system. They are similar to animated GIFs and can be created with various image editing programs.
A still image stored in a HEIF container with the pixels coded as AVC (H.264) instead of HEVC, under the 'avci' brand of the AVC Image File Format (ISO/IEC 23008-12). The container is the same one as .heic; only the codec inside differs.
