Convert aff to rgbo

What is the difference between .aff and .rgbo?

Description: Developed in 1980 by the Acorn Draw Program, aff format is meant for vector image visualization. It mainly stores publishing information such as brochures, flyers, logotypes, etc. because of it's high-quality images when printing.; Format for representing colors in the three primary colors (red, green and blue), each of which has 255 gradations. In contrast to the standard RGB, it allows you to change the transparency of the entire image using the opacity parameter.
