Download and install the latest version of Filestar.
Right click on one or more Aff file(s) on your desktop and select Convert with Filestar.
Type convert to pict in the search box.
Press Convert.

Developed in 1980 by the Acorn Draw Program, aff format is meant for vector image visualization. It mainly stores publishing information such as brochures, flyers, logotypes, etc. because of it's high-quality images when printing.
