- Developed in 1980 by the Acorn Draw Program, aff format is meant for vector image visualization. It mainly stores publishing information such as brochures, flyers, logotypes, etc. because of it's high-quality images when printing.
- An image file format mainly used in storing cell phone photos and they are saved in the High Efficiency Image Format (HEIF). They store one or more images and the metadata description for each image. Also known as .heif files
