Download and install the latest version of Filestar.
Right click on one or more Pct file(s) on your desktop and select Convert with Filestar.
Type convert to dbk in the search box.
Press Convert.

A PCT file is an image saved in the Macintosh PICT format, which was developed by Apple in 1984 for storing images using Apple QuickDraw technology.
