Let your AI agent convert LOOK to CSP
Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and other agents can do this on your computer with Filestar. Your files stay on your machine.
Install Filestar and add it to your agents:
npm install -g filestar
filestarcli agent install
Then ask your agent:
“Convert the LOOK files in my Downloads folder to CSP”
Or run it yourself:
filestarcli -i file.look -c "convert to csp"
Runs on your computer, so your files stay on it. Works on Windows, macOS and Linux. 50 free conversions with the npm install, no account needed.
Can my AI agent convert LOOK to CSP?
Yes. Install the Filestar CLI with npm install -g filestar and your agent can run filestarcli -i file.look -c "convert to csp" on your computer, so your files stay on it.
A LOOK file is an Adobe SpeedGrade (formerly Iridas) grade saved as XML. Besides the grade's layers it holds the baked result as a 3D colour lookup table, which other applications can use as a LUT.
A CSP file is a Cinespace colour lookup table from Rising Sun Research. It starts with CSPLUTV100 and holds per-channel 1D pre-shaper curves followed by a 1D or 3D table, used in film and VFX colour pipelines.
