webpをwmzに変換する場合は、画像形式の変更とスキンの作成を区別することが重要です。webpはラスター画像形式のWebP画像ですが、wmzは圧縮Windows Media Playerスキンです。画像そのものではなく、スキンに必要なファイルをまとめる形式なので、拡張子を変更するだけでは利用できません。
