dcxをcurに変換すると、従来の画像素材をWindows カーソル用のファイルとして活用できます。Filestarなら、WindowsとmacOSのどちらでも、デスクトップ上で変換作業を進められます。
dcxは、複数ページの画像を格納できる「ZSoft IBM PC複数ページPaintbrush画像」というラスター画像形式です。一方、curは、Windowsでポインターの表示に使われる「Windows カーソル」で、開発者向けのファイル形式に分類されます。用途が異なるため、変換前に使用する画像を確認し、変換後はカーソルのサイズやクリック位置を示すホットスポットが適切か、実際の利用環境で確認すると安心です。
