Un fichier CR3 est une image créée par certains appareils photo numériques Canon, tels que l’EOS M50 et l’EOS R. Selon le réglage sélectionné sur l’appareil, il peut stocker des données d’image RAW non compressées, exactement telles qu’elles ont été capturées par le capteur CCD, ou des données d’image RAW compressées (C-RAW). Les fichiers CR3 ont été introduits en 2018 avec la sortie du Canon EOS M50, remplaçant les fichiers .CR2.
