How to Update Filestar

Filestar is automatically updated after a major release, but sometimes we just make a minor patch. In these cases you need to update manually.

Start Filestar and click on the "Check for Updates" option in the "Help" menu.

If there's a new version available you can now choose to update to this version.

Update using the CLI

If you're using the CLI you can also use the "update" command to install the latest version of Filestar.
