How to submit a macOS installer log for troubleshooting

First, make sure you get the latest version from https//filestar.com/download.

Then run the installer. Make sure you enter your admin password correctly.

On the screen where it says "Installation Failed", click "Installer Log" in the "Window" menu.

Use the dropdown to "Show All Logs".

Press save to save the log to disc and send back to us for troubleshooting.
