Description
An EXP file is an embroidery CAM (computer aided manufacturing) file saved in the Melco EXP format. It contains codes that tell the needle of a commercial sewing machine how to create an embroidery. EXP files may also be saved in the Bernina USB EXP format, which is used for embroideries made by personal sewing machines.
Created by JBIG (Joint Bi-level Image Experts Group), JBG is a lossless file format that contains both colored and monochrome images. Commonly used to compress fax images, and it has better compression than G3 and G4 compression codecs.
